鳥人 (Totto)　の姉妹店、鳥巣 (Torys)　

今日は、ミッドタウンイーストに新しくできた焼き鳥屋、鳥巣 (Torys) のご紹介。

ここは、ミッドタウンウェストにある鳥人(Totto) の姉妹店。
Totto は、以前にもご紹介しましたが、サービス以外は好きなレストラン。

こちらのサービスはどうかしら。。

なのでお店のご紹介だけ。

7時に行ったのですが、満席。

鳥人と同じような内装で、カウンターとテーブルがいくつかある、
割と こじんまりした雰囲気。

この雰囲気は結構好きです。

鳥人もそうですが、お客さんはほとんどが日本人。

やっぱり、私のように日本の焼き鳥にみんな飢えているんだろうなぁ。。。

メニューはドリンクもフードも全くといっていいほど、鳥人と同じです。

ドリンクは、ビール、ワイン、などですが日本酒の種類がやっぱり多い。

味は、鳥人と変わらずおいしかった。 鳥人サラダとハツ、ひざナンコツ、
牛タン、つくねなどなど。

そしてしめは、鳥雑炊。これもおいしかったなぁ。

でも、やっぱり、できたばかりか店員は不慣れな感じでした。


ドリンクを頼んでもなかなか出てこなかったり、
まだ食べてるのに何度も聞いて来てお皿をさげようとしたり。。。

うーん。料理がおいしいからもったいないなあ。
